BIOGRAPHY
Prior to founding Larson Newman & Abel, LLP, Mr. Larson spent over 20 years addressing the technology and intellectual property needs of leading high-tech corporations. Gus has extensive experience in all aspects of patent prosecution, and has drafted and prosecuted applications in a wide range of technologies, including electronic systems, micro-computing, electronic circuits, video design, software, memories, integrated circuit fabrication, telecommunications, semiconductor packaging, biotechnology and mechanical apparatuses. In addition, Gus represents a wide spectrum of Fortune 500 clients and emerging growth clients involved in diverse technologies. Prior to practicing intellectual property law, Gus was a practicing electrical engineer at Motorola, Inc. During his engineering tenure at Motorola, he was responsible for Application Specific Integrated Circuit hardware design and development, software development, and design and technical support for microprocessors, micro controllers, application specific integrated circuits, and digital signal processors.
