Mr. de Jong brings over 20 years of deep technical and business experience to his intellectual property practice. Tony’s technical and business expertise was gained in silicon and system validation, and technical marketing of enterprise and consumer products for the Intel Corporation. At Intel, he designed and implemented test strategies from the circuit to the system level, and has trained engineers across the globe in the latest technical innovations. In addition, Tony has experience in industrial process control, RF components and mass transit rail vehicle design and manufacturing. Tony’s patent practice is as varied as his technical and business background, handling patent matters in fields as diverse as oilfield technology, chemistry, aeronautics and data security. The style of Tony’s practice strongly reflects his real-world experience, and focuses on providing pragmatic, applied intellectual property services that implement underlying business realities of the Firm’s clients.
