BIOGRAPHY
Mr. Sheehan has over nine years of experience as intellectual property counsel and has worked with a diverse spectrum of technologies, including telecommunications, signal processing, software, analog-to-digital converters, automated trading systems and solid state disks. Adam has prosecuted patents in a wide variety of electrical and other technologies. He has been involved in a patent infringement action directed toward analog-to-digital converter design and integrated circuit technology, and also involved in a patent infringement and antitrust action related to “V-chip” technology. Adam also has had experience in patent infringement actions directed towards ergonomic computer mice. As part of a large litigation team, Adam represented an artificial turf manufacturer in successful suit against rival company for trademark infringement and unfair competition.
