Mr. Schillinger majored in Ceramic Engineering at Alfred University with a minor in Electrical Engineering. While in engineering school Ethan gained experience as a research assistant in the Research and Development Department of Victor Insulators, Inc. He completed a Bachelors Thesis titled “Evaluation of Diffusion Characteristics of Metal Inks in an Electro-Optical Device”. The research was funded by the U.S. Department of Energy, and received an honorable mention from the Materials Research Society for the research proposal. After graduating from Alfred University, Ethan attended the University of Iowa College of Law.Before joining Larson Newman, Ethan worked as a Legal Intern at Eastman Kodak Company, preparing and prosecuting patents on display technology and related electro-optical devices.
