BIOGRAPHY
Dr. John Schell is an avid technologist who can quickly glean business value from intellectual concepts. John is a life-long student of technology and has shown an intense interest in varying technology fields, such as biotechnology, software, server architecture, semiconductor manufacturing, and chemical separations. This dedication to technology is demonstrated in the patent applications written and prosecuted by John in fields as diverse as medical devices, genetic testing, non-destructive materials testing, semiconductor devices, propulsion, fluid dynamics, software, business methods, and enterprise architectures. John's technical acuity is enhanced by his understanding of the business value of intellectual property. In addition, John has founded two companies. With his invention “System and method for accessing diverse provider data sites,” John founded FarWest Technologies of Austin. John also founded TSG Research, LLC, a software development company while in graduate school.
